River Cruise Journeys is owned and operated by Davis Travel Agency, Inc., an independent travel agency in the Avoya Travel Network.

This page explains how you may request deletion of personal information submitted to River Cruise Journeys through our website or through Meta/Facebook lead forms connected to the River Cruise Journeys Facebook Page.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your River Cruise Journeys lead or inquiry information, please contact us at kdavis@davistravelagency.com.

Please include enough information for us to locate your request, such as your name, the email address or phone number you used when submitting the inquiry, whether you submitted the request through the River Cruise Journeys website or a Meta/Facebook lead form, and the approximate date of submission, if known.

Do not send sensitive travel documents, payment information, passport numbers, or other unnecessary personal information with your deletion request.

What we will delete

Upon receiving and verifying your request, River Cruise Journeys will delete, anonymize, or remove personal information from systems under its control except where retention is legally permitted or required, or reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes.

This may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, travel preferences, inquiry notes, and Meta/Facebook lead form details stored in our systems.

Information we may need to retain

Some information may need to be retained when required or permitted for legitimate business, legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

If you have an active or completed travel booking, some information may also be retained by Davis Travel Agency, Inc., the Avoya Travel Network, travel suppliers, payment processors, insurers, or other third parties involved in fulfilling or documenting the travel services you requested. Those third parties have their own privacy and data-retention practices.

Meta/Facebook data

If you submitted information through a Meta or Facebook lead form, you may also manage information associated with your Meta account through Meta's own privacy tools and settings.

River Cruise Journeys can process deletion requests for information we received and stored through our lead integration, but we do not control Meta's own systems, account records, advertising records, or platform logs.

Timing

We will respond to deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law after receiving enough information to locate and verify the relevant record.
